I tried to be frugal and let my hair go gray… Until my 7-year-old told me she didn’t want a mom with gray hair – keep in mind mine is about 75% gray now, and I’m not even 40 until November… Sigh. It’s way overdue to get colored again, but I’m holding off until finances (hopefully) improve – hoping 7-year-old won’t notice! LOL
Hey Deb! I color my own hair (because, I'm worth it!) and my hairdresser's gonna be pissed. But, oh well. If only we lived closer. I'd invite you over for a cup of coffee and do your hair for you! Hope all is well at your house!

My grays have become so out of control that I have to recolor every four weeks. Thank goodness I do it myself; I’d go bankrupt if I had my hair girl do it! 🙂
Looks so great! You really can pull off the super short cut. I also cut my hair short (well, short for me), and I hate to admit it, but I like it so much better than long hair.
I also told my husband I wasn’t going to color it anymore, it’s interesting how many of my 40 and over friends are all saying the same thing. But we’ll see how I feel in a few months when it’s grey on top and blonde on the bottom 🙂
