BlogHer has launched a brand new video blog called “Backtalk” and I had the extreme pleasure of being included in Episode 1!
Yeah, I don’t know how that happened…either.
Actually, Chris (a.k.a. Notes from the Trenches) asked me to weigh in on Facebook (figuratively speaking, thank goodness) since, I blogged about how I made my kids “friend me,” you know, on Facebook.
You can see it here on BlogHer Backtalk: Would you friend your kids on Facebook? Twitter about your ex? moderated by Erin Kotecki Vest (a.k.a. Queen of Spain) and my 10 seconds of fame is at the very end of the video.
But, wait…there’s more!
I thought it would be interesting to show you the entire video I submitted, for posterity’s sake.
Since, you know, it was one of the few mornings I actually made it a point to take a shower, put on makeup and everything.

Good for you. Megan hasn’t asked for a Facebook account yet, but she’s asked us if we could set her up on Flickr and her cousin got her on AIM. Thank goodness she doesn’t have any time to spend on the Internet!

I know these days are coming for me! (But not for a while since Miss C is not quite 7.)
See? I look to you for the Internet savvy mama of teens input!
p.s. you look mahvelous

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for the compliment — gosh, but I lurve Southern women — you know that you are welcome to stop by, anytime, and see exactly what you should NOT to do when raising teens. Aaaand, perhaps you should be thanking me. Since, you know, I insist on making OTHER mothers look good 🙂
Hugs,
Liz
